There are large windows in every room (including the kitchen) and a washer and dryer in the apartment (a rarity around here). The complex includes many great amenities including a gym, saunas, hot tub, personal trainers, conference rooms, offices (with everything you might need such as computers, fax machines, copy machines, a TV & VCR for presentations, etc.), a lounge, a pool table and lots more (the management even bakes cookies every day, which is why the gym & sauna are so key :) ). I have fully furnished both the living room and the kitchen. I'm asking for $1,750 for the room. I intend to hire a cleaning person to come in once every two weeks or so to clean the entire apartment (sometimes I'm just too busy to keep up with the clutter). There is a parking garage in the building and a space can be had for a fee ($175-$250 per month; my space is $200 and I am considering getting rid of my car, so you might be able to get that one).
