| If your username and password are not working... |
| If
your username is the same as your email address, then you must also enter the email suffix
(i.e. "jason@yahoo.com" and not just
"jason"). This is the most common cause of login failure. There should never be any spaces inserted in your username or password. If you registered in person and are experiencing difficulty logging in, please note that the number entered in the upper right hand corner of your contract is a transaction code (not a password). Above that code there is a url (a web address) printed that you must go to in order to select your personal username and password. When you visit that page you will be prompted to enter the transaction code. If that does not solve the problem, please contact us. If your membership was purchased more than 90 days ago, your account may have been de-activated. If you would like to check your registration date, please click here. On very rare occasion a member accessing our site from behind a corporate firewall may experience difficulty logging in. You may either try using another computer, or contact us for further assistance. |
